Gypsum Board Production Equipment

    1. Reel Stand and Splicer The shaftless reel stand comes with double workstations, and is designed for handling the paper material during paper-faced gypsum board manufacturing. The two paper rolls support flexible alternatively working.
    1. Web Guiding System The web guiding system is a web handling system for use during plasterboard production. It employs a photo eye to offer accurate positioning. It ensures max. tolerance of ±2mm for the paper positioning.
    1. Paper Creasing Machine The paper creasing machine is available with four high speed electric motors which support independent operation. The design of dovetail groove allows for convenient adjustment and accurate positioning.
    1. Belt Over Roller Conveyor The length of the belt over roller conveyor is designed according to the production capacity of gypsum board production line. The conveying system is driven by a variable frequency motor.
    1. Roller Bed Protective cover is available on the drive side, providing the roller conveyor with enhanced safety.
      The rollers for the conveying system are typically fabricated from chrome plated carbon steel. Upon request, we can also supply stainless steel or rubber coated carbon steel rollers.
    1. Wet Gypsum Board Cutting Machine The cut to length machine integrates a top and a bottom knife shaft which are independently driven by servo motors. The height of top knife shaft is manually adjusted via a screw jack.
    1. Timing Belt Conveyor The timing belt conveyor acts to deliver a single or multiple gypsum boards in an accelerated speed to the cross conveyor. It features stable and smooth operation, and can exactly meet the demands of following manufacturing steps.
    1. Incline Roller Bed Belt Conveyor The roller bed belt conveyor is an incline conveyor to lift the rejected gypsum boards to a certain height, thus delivering them to the designated area. The wide PVC belt with great anti slipping performance effectively avoids rotation in reversed direction.
    1. Cross Conveyor (for Wet Board) Using three sections of belt conveyor, the cross conveyor allows for simple adjustment of the gap between two gypsum boards. With the demand for foundation pit construction, the equipment installation is convenient and the installation cost is largely reduced.
    1. Approaching Roller Conveyor The approaching roller conveyor is a conveying system with a single deck of conveyor rollers. It moves the gypsum board from the cross conveyor to the gypsum board dryer feeder.
    1. Gypsum Board Dryer Feeder The feeding system uses a belt conveyor for wet gypsum board delivering, and the belt is driven by a variable frequency motor.
    1. Both the feeding end and output end of the gypsum board dryer come with sealing elements, which prevents entering of external cold air and the loss of the hot air inside the industrial dryer.
    1. Dryer Unloading System The unloading system is a multi-deck conveying system, and features the same deck number with the dryer.
      It is designed with a cushion device to prevent damages to gypsum board ends caused by accidental dropping.
    1. Accumulation Roller Conveyor The accumulation roller conveyor serves as the connection between the dryer unloading system and the second cross conveyor. It accepts the gypsum board which is delivered from the output end of every deck of the unloading system.
    1. Cross Conveyor (for Dry Board) The cross conveyor is mainly used to horizontally transfer the dry plasterboards to the next step. When the downstream machines are in trouble, it will carry the gypsum boards to the roller transfer conveyor.
    1. Roller Transfer Conveyor The roller transfer conveyor is used for temporarily storage of dry gypsum boards when the cross conveyor’s downstream equipment has a failure. It thus can prevent shutdown or shorten the breakdown time of the gypsum board production line.
    1. Accumulation Conveyor The accumulation conveyor is a kind of belt conveyor, with anti-slippage belt and flat belt for option. It is installed between the dry board cross conveyor and the gypsum board booker.
    1. Gypsum Board Booker The gypsum board booker functions to handle the gypsum boards delivered from the cross conveyor. It enables the gypsum boards to stand up in face to face before sending them to the edge sawing machine.
    1. Gypsum Board Edge Sawing Machine One saw blade of the edge cutting machine is fixed. The other one is movable along the slide way so as to allow for cutting width adjustment.
    1. Stacking Table Feeder The stacking table feeder features firm and aesthetical structure design, as well as stable and smooth running. The feeding speed is adjustable. The feeding system enables the gypsum boards to stop in an exact point, so as to ensure well-organized stacking.
    1. The stacking machine accepts gypsum boards with varied dimensions, and the size can be conveniently adjusted via a screw rod.
